DOVETAIL JOINTS PRESENTS: CONVERSATION #5 - DELIVERY NO.2
EATING THE INTERNET
Eating The Internet is a social experiment, a conversation in which Theo Gowans and Thomas Tyler talk over each other at the expense of others. The duo harness absurdity (normality?), mixing, crushing, eating, until...a glimmer of truth is uncovered, it has to be. And in truth, we find materiality.
(Eating The Internet) In darker waters, free from spirit to sink as matter. To grey depths, here we find noise. A church bell wailing in a life without god, no longer order, but obstruction.
Eating The Internet is a multidisciplinary study of noise, in which nothing is sacred and all is fuel for contentless-food for the thoughtless.
Eating The Internet offers “Delivery No. 2”, a virtual exhibition consisting of analogue audio & visual collage dematerialised by Dovetail Joints (see home computing).”
